Recommended Foods For Osteoarthritis

2. Fatty fish
Fatty cuts of fish (i.e., salmon, herring, mackerel) are also full of omega-3 fatty acids, and it is good for those dealing with this condition to consume it often. Many arthritis sufferers who add fish to their weekly diet (at least 3 times per week) report waking up less stiff and sore.
3. Onions and garlic

4. Broccoli and cabbage

6. Olive oil
Extra-virgin olive oil in particular, is a naturally anti-inflammatory oil loaded with omega-3 fatty acids. In fact studies show that olive oil when consumed along with fish oils, significantly strengthens grip strength while significantly reducing joint pain and stiffness in patients with osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
